Bananas are high in many vitamins and minerals. Bananas can help with blood sugar levels, digestive, weight loss, heart health, along with numerous other health benefits.
Admittedly it is going to be better not to combine a bunch of other ingredients with your bananas. But if your house is like mine, we many times don’t get through the bananas quick enough. So rather than throw them away, we make banana bread!
The above recipe uses honey instead of sugar, and I usually substitute the oil for apple sauce—try it!
