Legs are what move us to where we want to go. Legs are what help us stand and sit. Legs help us lift heavy things. In short, legs are important. They keep up mobile and help us navigate the world. They are big muscles that help us burn calories and use carbs. We all need strong legs! That's why we will spend November working on legs! We start with wall sits and add a new exercise each week!
