Vitamins, minerals, and supplements are surrounded by a lot of conflicting information. We believe the majority of people get enough vitamins and minerals through a healthy diet. If we are not getting enough through our diet then we can adjust our diet to make up for this. We believe natures way of providing a vitamin, mineral, or supplement is best. Therefore when we list a supplement we will always try to represent it with foods that it is contained in. As you read through these supplements it may, at times, seem like we do not support supplement use. That is not the case. We believe supplements have a place in a persons overall wellness program. But often that place is not exactly known and can get fuzzy very quickly. Ultimately, how supplements fit into your health plan will be your decision. We appreciate that and want you to know as much as you can before stating your journey.
